If you indicate permission on your work order, our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're out and about in Tulsa, Oklahoma!
We ask that all maintenance requests are submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help.
If you find yourself locked out during business hours, stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you can call a locksmith if necessary.

At The Remington at Memorial, paying rent is made easy. You can choose to make your payments online with a bank account, debit, or credit card, or our office team is able to accept personal checks or certified funds!
At The Remington at Memorial, all residents are required to have renters' insurance. Please contact our leasing team to discuss the renter's insurance policy in more depth.
We are equipped for Quick Connects from Cox Communications.
If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.
The Remington at Memorial will provide utility set-up information upon moving into your new home!
Utilities such as water, trash, sewer, electricity, and all other utility fees will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.

When reviewing an application to rent at The Remington at Memorial, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.
Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to 3 times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than 6 times (gross market rent).
Past rental qualification is at least 12 months of verifiable 3rd-party or mortgage payment history.
Our property uses NOVA to verify income. If no records are found using this software, you may be asked to provide another verification method, such as banking information or past paystubs to validate income.
Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

Our team suggests making a previously arranged appointment to prevent any wait time and to make sure all your questions about these apartments in Tulsa get addressed. However, we do also accept walk-ins.
No, we don't offer self-guided tours here.
For the safety and security of our property, team, and residents, photo ID is required for anyone taking a tour.
Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.
Our community is located in the heart of Tulsa, and due to the urban environment, noise levels are expected to be moderate.
We want you to make your new space home! You can decorate, but please keep in mind you may be charged for hole repairs if you hang art or TVs. If you have a question about what types of decorations are permitted, please call our leasing team!
At our apartments in Tulsa, residents will be responsible for paying monthly fees like utilities, parcel lockers, and Gatewise fees.
The Remington at Memorial does not allow unattended guests or listing apartment homes for booking on Airbnb, VRBO, etc.
We want The Remington at Memorial to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. All of our community spaces are ready for your use without any charges!
