THANK YOU so much for never giving up on us after our MANY maintenance requests for our dryer issues. Turns out it was the ... air vent after all. Perhaps a birds nest was in the way. Who knows but I just want to let you all know how much we appreciate you all getting to the bottom of the issue and ultimately resolving it. Long overdue kudos for the excellent management and staff at Remington for reacting timely to maintenance issues and concerns. ... Upgraded cabinets and kitchen lighting make my place look brand new. Recent maintenance requests for my garbage disposal and icemaker not working, and the pool grill being dirty were both handled quickly. The maintenance and bug exterminator staff are always friendly and courteous. Tammie, Summer, Angie and staff are always so helpful and try their best to take care of high maintenance people like me! This is really really a great place. They're everything comfortable and easy to work with. No pressure but also we're ... very attentive. I've had bad experiences before when looking for a place to live but this was not one of them. Great staff, close to many things, next to no noise from the street. Lots of parking and maintenance is prompt and efficient. Kaylee specifically is who handled my situation and she is amazing at her job.
