The maintenance is top notch. I have had a few random issues over the last week in my apartment. I submitted my maintenance ... requests in the evenings and both items were fixed the very next day before noon! You can't do better than that! I love Remington at Memorial! I have lived here over 2 1/2 years and I can honestly say I have had zero issues. Anytime I've ... had a maintenance problem, they have been right on it and very courteous about it too. It's a beautiful complex that is very well taken care of. We have been here a little over a month and we love it. We have the A3 1B 1BA floor plan which has roughly 800 sq ft. It ... feels much much better. In the past, other one bedroom apartments had a smaller floor plan and limited storage area. The Remington at Memorial is much more accommodating to storage needs. For only $20 extra a month, we even have a storage closet right next to our apartment. Rent is a bit pricy, but a lot lower compared to other apartments in this area. Maintenance comes fast, get done in a timely manner, and are super nice. Our apartment is also very quiet. We very rarely hear anyone else. We love it here and will definitely be renewing our rent. The office staff has been very friendly and helpful since I moved in. I moved here from out of state and they helped my family ... find a place for me to call home.
