Just wanted to say how happy we are with the maintenance service at our apartment (1315). They came out the same day we put ... in the request, which was great. Both issues we had were fixed within minutes. While the maintenance representative was here, we also asked about some yellowing we noticed in the dryer. He explained that it was from the paint used when it was restored. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain it rather than asking us to submit a separate request. Honestly, the maintenance team here is always awesome. They’re quick, kind, and always do a great job. Really appreciate them! This is really really a great place. They're everything comfortable and easy to work with. No pressure but also we're very ... attentive. I've had bad experiences before when looking for a place to live but this was not one of them. Great staff, close to many things, next to no noise from the street. Lots of parking and maintenance is prompt and efficient. Kaylee specifically is who handled my situation and she is amazing at her job.
